Disk Management
Basic configuration
1. Select [Main Menu] > [System Setting] > [Disk Management] >
[Basic Configuration] to enter the basic disk donfiguration screen
as shown in the figure below.
2. The total remaining capacity and total capacity of current hard
disk can be displayed in the interface.
3. Click [Hot-swap] after a disk in the list is selected, the system
pop-up screen appears as below. Click [Confirm] to srart
operation.
NOTE
The [Hot-swap] button will not be displayed for the devices which do
not support the hot-swap function.
4. Set whether to detect all the disks after rebooting and whether to
repair the damaged disks.
5. Click [Do] to initialize the selected disk. Whole data in the disk will
be erased.
NOTE
The file system will not be displayed for the devices which do not
support the initialization format.
6. Set the disk purpose in the [Disk used for] option.
