Scheduled maintenance

The operator panel displays 80 Fuser Maintenance and 83 ITU Maintenance for scheduled maintenance.

80 Fuser Maintenance is displayed at each 150K copies when the fuser assembly needs to be replaced to 
maintain the print quality and reliability of the printer. The parts are available as a maintenance kit with the 
following part numbers:

12G6497, Maintenance kit 220V

12G6498, Maintenance kit 100V

Web oiler fusers

12G6514, 110 V web oiler fuser

After replacing the kit, the fuser maintenance count must be reset to zero to clear the maintenance message.

83 ITU Maintenance is displayed at each 105K copies when the ITU Assembly needs to be replaced to maintain 
the print quality and reliability of the printer. There are two assemblies, ITU assembly and Second Transfer Roll, 
in a maintenance kit. Both should be replaced at the same time. The parts are available as a maintenance kit 
with P/N 12G6304, ITU Maintenance Kit.
