Printing a banner

You can print up to 20 sheets of banner paper at a time.

Step 1: Load the banner paper

Remove any paper from the sheet feeder.

Lower the top portion of the paper support halfway.

Place a stack of banner paper with only the number
of sheets you need to print your banner behind the
printer.

Note: Loading excess banner paper

may cause a paper jam. For
help, see

The printer has a

paper jam

Load the leading edge of the first page
into the sheet feeder with the right side
against the paper support.

Slide the paper guide to the left edge of
the paper.
