To activate the Command mode, bit 0 must be set to 1 in control byte 0.
For further information, see chapter 11.1.3 "Command mode", figure 11.2.
Recommended settings
• Produced data: dependent on the number of digits of the bar code that is to be read.
With an 18-digit bar code (+ 2 bytes of status bytes), for example, it is advisable to
use the 20-byte setting.
• Consumed data: 4 bytes
