For sputtering process only:
Connect to argon gas (supplied hose, 6 mm diameter). Purge argon line before
connecting to remove the air from inside the hose. This can help to reduce the
pump down time. Regulate argon pressure to ~0.5 bar over atmosphere.

We strongly recommend using a two-stage pressure regulator on the argon
bottle.
