Screen of Settings:

Gate valve is open (2) and the load lock manipulator rod is inside the vacuum
chamber.

After placing all the samples (up to four), the load lock manipulator has to be
pulled out. It is recommended to close the gate valve after finishing load lock
manipulation. With the button Vent, the gate valve is closed.
