Initial Operation

Note 

The exhausted vapors from the instrument is harmful. The active carbon filter must be in use.
The active carbon filter is only an additional measure to minimize harmful vapors in the area 

surrounding the instrument. Ventilation of the workroom is required in any case. The filter 

replacement is dependent on the frequency of using the instrument, but at least it needs to be 

replaced after 45 - 60 days.

Note 

The used carbon filter contains harmful fumes. Dispose of it with proper care according to the 

existing applicable local regulations.

4.4.4  External exhaust system

The instrument has been designed so that it can be connected to an external exhaust device. The 
optional delivery includes the "Extraction tube"

for this purpose. It 

is recommended to use an external exhaust system.

exhaust station.

Caution
