can be traversed up to a maximum distance of 5 meters, manageable
by the remote client (VENT-2) from speed 0) to 5 (max) or automatic.
For optimal installation, we recommend using thermally and
acoustically insulated pipes to ensure the best acoustic and thermal
comfort.
HYDRO FIREPLACES
(Mod. MARLIN 1000, MARLIN 500)
(1) AIR ENTRY IN THE COATING
: it is obligatory to always ensure a
minimum ventilation inlet and outlet in the coating through a grid at the
bottom and a grid above (decompression) of
at least 450 cm2 each
.
They can be done frontally, laterally or even later, provided that the
circle of air entering and leaving is always inside the house (and not
outside).
(2) INSPECTION DOOR:
to load the
pellets into the tank, periodic maintenance
as well as annual cleaning of the chimney
flue, spare parts, it is mandatory to leave
the electronic components on the side (as
standard to right, looking at the chimney
from the front) a sufficient inspection door
to access all the components of
at least
50x140
cm in height.
(3) HYDRAULIC KIT
: MARLIN MH32 fireplaces can be supplied with
the hydraulic kit only for radiators (AC) or the hydraulic kit for radiators
and sanitary equipment (only the MARLIN 1000 MH32 ACS model).
Exclusively on the right side of the chimney, we find the following
components:
A. Pellet loading door.
B. Electrical box containing the electronic control unit, the pressure
switch, the thermal safety reset button and the electric lock.
C. The turbolator levers must be operated weekly to clean the tube
bundle.
D. Aeration valve.
E. 7 liter expansion tank mounted on the machine: it is sufficient for an
apartment of about 100 m2 with a water content of 100 liters. For
higher systems, consult your thermo-hydraulic engineer.
F. Pressure sensor (check the water pressure, max 2.5 bars).
G. Electronic circulator, prevalence 6 meters vertical.
H. 30-plate hot water fast heat exchanger (ACS model only), about 9
liter/minute of water at 50 ° C.
I. 3.5 ATM safety valve and system relief valve.
L. System connection fittings.
Turbolators levers, electronic, smoke extractor, hydraulic kit and
pellet charger are mounted as standard (looking at the front fireplace)
on the right and can not be moved to the left (except the pellet load)
The hydraulic fireplaces do not have a hot air fan mounted on the
machine.
In hydro fireplaces it is mandatory to leave a
sufficient space above (at least 70 cm) for the eventual
maintenance, removal and repair of the turbulators (it is
therefore forbidden to recess them under a niche whose
upper part is not removable).

14. SUPERIOR DEFLECTORS
Each appliance can have smoke deflectors (in vermiculite) to be
placed in the upper part of the combustion chamber.
The hydraulic model does not have a higher smoke deflector.
