First Section - FOR THE USER 

 

The compact independent pre-wash unit allows to replace the hand prewashing usually carried out on 
the dirty dishes. 
Two strainer drawers with a high capacity allow to collect the dirt present on the dishes. 
These strainer drawers can be cleaned without completely stopping the ongoing washing cycle. 
 

OPERATION BEFORE WORKING 

 

Make sure that : 
 

-

  

 

the wall-mounted on/off switch is 

switched on; 

 

-   the water and steam* cocks are open; 

water and steam (*) are present in the 
system; 

-     the     filters     are in  their  housings  
-    Check that the detergent and rinse aid 
containers are not empty.  
 

 

CAUTION

: Observe the safety notes and 

dosage data for the use of chemicals. During the 
use of the chemical substance wear protective 
clothing, gloves and protective glasses. Do not 
mix different cleaning products.

  Tank’s and  suction pump’s filters are in 

their correct housing (see page 10 filters F1 
F2,F3 and F4) 

-

 

The courtains are in the correct position. 

-

  The courtains must have the shorter side 

facing the baskets entry, (see the blue 
warning stickers placed on the doors) 

-

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

-  The inspection door must be properly 

closed 
 

 Please pay attention to the opening and 

closing of the door of the Dishwasher. Do not 
use the machine if you are wearing 
clothes/items that could get entangles in the 
dishwasher parts. As they can limit 
personnel’s regular moving ability! 

 
-  Check that the frontal strainer drawer is 

properly placed and closed in its housing. 

 

 

 

 

The sizes of the dishes to wash have not to 
be larger than the working washing sizes
