observe the following recommenda-
tions:
– before a drive, at high air tem-
perature in the passenger compart-
ment, it is necessary to air it by open-
ing the windows or doors for a while;
– to improve air cooling efficiency
when switching on the cooling func-
tion, always close the windows and
hatches;
– if comfort interior air tempera-
ture can be achieved without switch-
ing on the refrigeration unit, it is
preferable to use the ventilation
mode.
Maximum cooling
It is used for the most intensive air
cooling in the passenger compart-
ment in hot weather or when the
vehicle was stored in the sun for a
long time:
1. Air the passenger compart-
ment, for this, slightly open the win-
dows and doors for a short time.
2. Switch on the air conditioner by
pressing the conditioner switch
key 5 with symbol . The check
light indicator on the switch key will
highlight green for the duration of the
air conditioner operation.
3. Switch on the recirculation
mode, for this, handle 3 should be
switched to extreme right position
.
ATTENTION!
It is not recommended to use
the recirculation mode durably,
for this leads to the microclimate
deterioration in the passenger
compartment by reason of the air
exchange termination with the
outside air and because of exces-
sive moisture ejection out of the
compartment. It causes the driv-
er to drowse, and the windows
can mist.
4. Turn handle 2 counter-clock-
wise to the left position up to stop
(blue mark point on the control unit).
5. Set handle 4 with its mark
opposite symbol .
6. Set handle 1 of the electric
heater fan operation mode switch to
maximum rate of the air supply to the
passenger compartment.
When the desired temperature
level is achieved in the passenger
compartment, by rotating
handles 2
and 1 , you can select the optimum
comfort mode in the passenger
compartment.
In the cooling mode it is not re-
commended:
– to set the interior air tempera-
ture with a difference from outside air
temperature of more than 10-12

especially for short trips in the urban
cycle;
– to direct the cooled air flows to
the side of the head, open skin
areas, since it can lead to hypother-
mia and subsequent disease;
– to direct cooled air flow to the
windshield, which, due to great tem-
perature differential, can cause win-
dows misting.
ATTENTION!
Turning on the air conditioning
system when driving with a trailer
in highlands or under heavy traf-
fic conditions can cause the
engine overheating.
Follow the coolant temperature
alarm. If it indicates the engine
overheating, turn off the air con-
ditioner. Otherwise, a damage or
total failure of the engine is possi-
ble.
