Using Your LaCie d2 SAFE Drive
If multiple SAFE drives are connected to your com-
puter, the dialog in Fig. 6.3.A appears when you attempt
to open SAFE Hard Drive Configuration.
Choose the drive you want to Configure or Unlock
and click
Configure…
or
Unlock…
Also, a drive selection menu appears at the top of the
main SAFE Hard Drive Configuration window. You
can use this menu to view settings for any SAFE drive
connected to your computer. See Fig. 6.3.B.

To change your preferences for the way Safe Hard
Drive Configuration works with your computer, click
the Preferences button on the main configuration win-
dow and make your selections.
