This is to cancel all the data stored in the Archives, in the Recipes
and in the Daily Records File.

To execute the procedure, select the item “ARCHIVES
DELETION”, then press

u

. The display shows the message

“The Archives data will be deleted. Press OK to confirm or
ESC to cancel.”. If you press

the display shows the

message “Deletion in progress. Wait...” and at the end the
message “Deletion executed correctly.”.

Daily Records Deletion

This is to cancel the data stored in the Daily Records File.
