Target Weighing

Use  Target  Weighing  to  weigh  a  single  Ingredient  or  to  unload  a
Group.  By  programming one value at  a time,  you can execute a
Recipe  composed  of  an  unlimited  number  of  Ingredients/Groups.

To execute the Target Weighing in Manual Weighing, press

MENU

. The display shows “

APP

”.

Shortcut

: to quickly select Target Weighing in Manual

Weighing, press the key

Note

: to execute the Target Weighing in Recipe

“APPLICATIONS”, then press

Select the item “TARGET WEIGHING”, then press

The display shows “

”, the text “TARGET” and the

previously set weight.

Note

: the display indicates the selection of Target Weighing

by switching on the icon

Enter the value, then press

START

and the message “START EXECUTION” and after 3 seconds
the message “Target” and the Net Weight to be weighed.
