NOTE
Perform monthly PMCS once a month: If the system has not been operated in a
month, perform daily PMCS at the same time.
Perform both daily and monthly PMCS: If operating the system for the first time.
Item To Be Checked or Serviced: The items listed identify the item to be serviced.
Procedure: The procedure by which each check is to be performed, as well as any
information required to accomplish each check or service.
Equipment Not Ready/Available If: A brief statement of the condition that would cause
the equipment to be less than fully ready to perform its assigned mission. Depending on
the operational environment, these conditions may render the system not mission
capable.
If equipment is found to be faulty when performing PMCS, report the failure to
Maintenance for corrective action.

Vacuum all vents and open areas
using an approved ESD vacuum.
Remove any visible debris.
Inspect for irregular spinning of
fans.

Inspect all cable connections.
Broken cable or

breakage.

Chassis
Inspect chassis to ensure all bolts
are secure and hardware is not
loose.
Inspect welds for breakage.
