6. PRECONDITION FOR OPERATION

MAIN POWER "0N" AND PANEL SWITCH "0N"

OPERATION SWITCH "MANUAL" MODE

CUT MOTOR "ON" AND TRANSFER F/W "ON"

PUSH A WIRE INSIDE FEEDING ROLLERS BY A FOOT SWITCH

CHECK THE WIRE CUT STRAIGHT OR NOT. IF WIRE IS CURVED, ADJST

BALANCE ROTORS MORE ZIG

ZAG (REFER TO CONTENT 13)

MEASURE CUT LENGTH AND ADJUST CUTTING STOPPER(#1) EXACTLY

IF CUT WIRE TWICE, ADJUST CUTTING STOPPER(#2) FRONT 2mm BACK SIDE 5mm.

ALSO ADJUST SPRINGS FEED ROLLERS BECAUSE ROLLERS SHOULD BE

SLIPPED LITTLE BIT IN THE TIME OF CUTTING.

IF CUTTING LENGTH IS NOT EXACTLY SAME, IT MEANS STRONG TENSION

OF FEED ROLLERS. IT SHOULD BE LESS TENSION.

IF BALANCE ROTORS ARE TOO MUCH ZIG

ZAG, WIRE MIGHT BE CUT INSIDE OF

ROTORS. IF ROTORS ARE LESS ZIG

ZAG, WIRE MIGHT BE CURBED.

IF WIRES ARE CUT STRAIGHT AND EXACT LENGTH 3 OR 4 PCS. KEEPING

FOOT SWITCH AND SELECT "AUTO" AND RELEASE FOOT SWITCH.

CUTTING TIMER IS SET AT 8 SECONDS, SO MACHINE SHUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY

IF WIRE IS NOT CUT WITHIN 8 SECONDS

※ IF WIRE JUMP OUT FROM THE CUTTING TABLE, MACHINE SHUT OFF AFTER 8 SECONDS

※ IF WIRE CUT INSIDE OF BALANCE ROTORS AND IDLE RUNNING, MACHINE

SHUT OFF AFTER 8 SECONDS AUTOMATICALLY.

※ INCASE OF SHORT LENGTH OF WIRE REMAINED(LAST TIME OF SPOOL).

STOP MACHINE AND TAKE OFF A WIRE BY PUSH TRANSFER B/W BUTTON
