Poor Electrical Phenomenon

Power is "ON", but not working

1. Check encoder value is "0" on Manual operation of the touch panel screen.

- Transfer and Pole Encoder is a " 0 " or more than 48,000, Transfer and Pole

is not work.

2. Check Main Screen of touch panel display "READY".

- If it is not green color and display "POWER ON", touch it to display "READY".

4. Check any "ERROR" is display

5. Open the panel, and check all display of Inverters shows non-numeric instead of

digit number.

6. Check the status of motor brake .

- Except Drum Motor, Bell, Transfer and Pole motor have Brake.

- Therefore, motor is not work if brake is defeced.

During AUTO operation, Inverter is stopped due to ERROR

1) Find out inverter ERROR occurred, and fix up with Error Code(Refer to Manual)

2) Except Drum Motor, Bell, Transfer and Pole motor have DC 90V Brake, so check

brake working properly (If run each Brake Motor, "clunk" sound means good brake)

3) Applied inverter should be readjust acceleration and deceleration time.

- Error is occurred when switching from low speed to high speed, the inverter must

increase the acceleration time .

- Error is occurred when switching from high speed to low speed, the inverter must

increase the deceleration time .

4) Check the mechanical status of each motor (Bearing and belt, chain or load)

5) Error occurred in the inverter should be disappeared when you press RESET button.

If not, inverter should be replaced new one.

Particulars Happen

1) Circuit breaker in panel is tripped.

- Find the cause of the trip, and power "ON" again after about 5 minutes.

2) Check PLC CPU red light is lit.

- If Battery is lit in red, replace battery same as built-in one.

- ERROR lights on in red, please contact us to check Program

3) Electrical tolerance deviation is ± 10% , so identify the cause and adjust it properly.

- During the summer time, the deviation of the voltage is occurred.

4) When you Mega Test, exclude P.L.C, Inverters and data cables.
