9. PROXIMITY SWITCH FUNCTION

Bell Part Proximity switch

BELL REDUCE STOP

SPIGOT STOP

BELL EXPAND STOP

- BELL REDUCE STOP ; Before AUTO production, this P/X switch should be lit on.

- This switch effect to make Barrel size for A or B Pipe.

- This switch effect to make bent spigot for C or D Pipe.

- SPIGOT STOP ; - This switch make Spigot Stop for C or D Pipe.

- This switch is not effected for A or B Pipe..

- BELL EXPAND STOP ; - This switch effect to Expand stop for B or C Pipe다.

- If Bell expand length is set up, Bell Expand is stop regardless

this switch.

Bell Reduce Emergency Stop Proximity Switch

Proximity switch power contact carbon

Bell Expand Emergency Stop Proximity Switch

- For safety, 2 Emergency Stop P/X switches are attached on Max. dia and Min. Dia of Bell.

Either one is energized, Magnetic switch (MSBE) connected with Bell AC Frequency drive

is tripped and stop machine operation

- If Bell emergency stop switch is energized, TRANSFER/BELL POSITION ERROR (EMERGENCY STOP

INFORMATION) is lit on Touch Screen.

※ Push POSITION ERROR MOVE button on control panel and expand Bell if

smaller diameter or reduce Bell if larger diameter.

- Proximity switch power contact carbon is connected with Proximity switch which should be

cleaned from dust or foreign materials for good contact always.

- There are contact points from inside: BCR, P35, P34, P33, CAB, +246.

- During AUTO operation, welding point proximity switch is lit for welding.
