Changing Drum Roller and Bearing

- Due to unleveled machine and impaction by heavy drums, drum roller or bearing should

be damaged easily.

- Damaged roller or bearing are making lousy noise and bad affect to the drum.

- Changing Bearing

1- Lift up both Drum-Lifter(#1) to be free from rollers(free turning)

2- Take off sprocket(#2) and Bearing cover(#3).

- Be careful for different bearing size for front and back drum.

- Changing Drum Roller

Same procedure of changing bearing as above 1, 2, 3, and replace roller.

※ Be careful for heavy weight of steel roller.

- Both main rollers(#6) should be changed all together at same time or matching same

time because of same revolution by outside diameter.

- After changing roller or bearing, drum-lifter should be down to touch roller.
