- Please refer to the TracVision A5 Shop Manual, section 4, for a guide to troubleshooting the A5 system.
Return Receiver Process
- If a defective receiver is to be replaced, the unit MUST be deactivated
prior
to returning it to KVH.
Activation and deactivation activity is governed by a contractual agreement between the customer and DIRECTV, which only the customer can
change.
The consequences of NOT deactivating prior to return are:
1. The customer will continue to be billed monthly for the service.
2. KVH will invoice the dealer for the full cost of the receiver.
