KVAL 994-X Operation Manual

Option: Checking Screw Delivery

Sensors on each feed tube, monitors the screw delivery to the Six Shooter or Eight Shooter. If

screws do not pass by the sensors, a red light located on the six shooter will turn on.
A popup dialog box will be displayed on the interface screen identifying the error tubes. Investi

gate and repair. After screws are cleared, continue with process.

Screw Delivery Sensors:

Ferro sensors located on

each tube.

Fail Indicator Light:

If a screw is not delivered to

the index of the six shooter

this light will turn on.
