GETTING STARTED

Initial Test Run

  

(Water Test):

Add water to Scale 4 into the inner pot.

Select the STEAM program.

Close the Lid and lock in place.

Press and adjust time to 2 minutes.  

Wait 10s the program will  

automatically start.

Turn Steam Release Handle to the  

'Sealing' position.

Steam will release until the Float Valve  

is up. Once program is done, turn  

Steam Release Handle to 'Cancel'  

to quick release pressure.

•  Pay attention to all warning labels before removing packing materials from the pressure cooker.
•  Read all safety instructions found in this manual before plugging in and using the unit.

Lid is Locked in place properly.

Attach Condensation Collector.

Open the Lid by following the  

instructions below. Reverse the  

instructions to Lock.

Reverse the instructions to remove  

it for cleaning.

Turn counterclockwise. Aligning   on  
the lid. with the on     the cooker.

Install the Condensation Collector to  

the rear of the cooker housing,  

sliding it into the matching slot on  

the cooker.
