CARE & CLEANING

The Inner Pot, Sealing Ring, and Steam Rack are dishwasher safe. The Measuring Cup, Ladle, 

and Rice Paddle are top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand wash is recommended for best results.

Never use harsh chemical detergents, scouring pads or powders on any of these parts or 

components. Always unplug the pressure cooker and allow it to cool thoroughly before 

cleaning. Dry thoroughly before use.

1.    Inner Pot and Lid

        Wash with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse with clear water.  

        Or clean Inner Pot in dishwasher. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.

2.    Sealing Ring

        Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse with clear water. Or clean them in dishwasher.  

        Wipe dry with a soft cloth.

3.    Anti-Block Shield Cleaning Instructions

        The Anti-Block Shield occasionally needs cleaning to remove blockages or food residue.  

        Wash with warm, soapy water, then rinse with clear water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.

4.    Steam Release Valve

        Clean any tiny crevices on the handle. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.

5.    Cooker Base with Heating Element

        Use a dry or damp (not wet) soft clean cloth to wipe the cooking unit.  

        DO NOT IMMERSE OR SPRAY COOKER UNIT WITH WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUIDS.  

        Wipe the inside of exterior base rim and slot dry with cloth to prevent rusting.  

        If there is a foreign object in the cavity around central thermal 

        sensor; carefully remove it using tweezers, trying to avoid pressing on the casing of the sensor.

6.   Condensation Cup, Measuring Cup, Ladle, Rice Paddle

        Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse with clear water and wipe dry with a soft doth.

STORAGE: 

(REMOVE AND INSTALL THE STEAM RELEASE VALVE)

INSTALLATION: 

(SEALING RING)

Unplug the appliance. Make sure that the Cooker Base. Heating disk. Inner pot, Lid,  

Steam Release handle, and Condensation Collector are dry and clean. You may store  

all additional accessories inside the Removable Inner Pot for easy and compact storage.

Removal: Simply lift it up.
Installation: Place the handle in the opposite direction of the Float Valver then push down. 

                        The Steam Release  valve will fit loosely instead of being locked tightly.

Steam  

Release Valve 

Removal: Grip on 

either side and pull up.  
Installation: Press it 

firmly back into place.

Line up the Sealing Ring on top of Ring Rack.

Gently push down on the Sealing Ring, 

       ensuring that the metal Ring Rack Is Inside  

       the Sealing Ring's groove as shown below. 

       Continue pushing the Sealing Ring all 

       around until it is secured by the metal  

       Ring Rack.

Anti-block Shield

Removal: While 

holding the Lid in 

place, gently pull out 

the Sealing Ring.
