(6) Set cartridges into the Cartridge Holder.
(7) Check the location of the tubes and
cartridges.
Check that cartridges, collection tubes, and waste
tubes are inserted in correct position as shown in the
figure.
(8) Put lysate(samples) into each cartridge.
Use a pipette to transfer the lysate(samples) into the
cartridges. In this operation, do not to touch the
cartridges and the Cartridge Holder.
(9) Set the Holder Carriage into the
QuickGene-810.
After setting it, check the following.
• Check that the Cartridge Holder is firmly in
place.
• Check that the Tube Holder rests firmly on the
metal shelf and two pins are placed in the
holes.

(10) Close the front cover.
(11) Select an extraction mode.
Press the [MODE] button several times until the
target extraction mode appears.
Important:
•
Insert the cartridges into the cartridge
holder (to the bottom of the holes).
•
Set cartridges in the order of the number
on the Tube Holder.
If they are not in order, the
buffer and/or lysate may
spill on the Holder Stand,
causing a biohazard risk.
Note: If any lysate is left on the edge of the
cartridge, wipe it with a Kimwipe®
or paper tissue.
