boom.

4. Remove  the  piping  fixtures  (4)  and  disconnect  all

the hydraulic tubes (5).

5.1 Piston rod

5.1.1 Checking piston rod bend

1. Set the piston rod on V blocks.

2. Set a dial indicator on the center of the rod.
3. Turn the piston rod and read the dial indicator.

0.0098 in.

4. If the measurement is more than the allowable limit,

replace it.
