Mount the hubs on the shaft of driving and driven side (see illustration 9). The ends of the shafts must not pro-
trude through the hubs.
Shift the power packs in axial direction until the dimension L

is achieved.
If the power packs are already firmly assembled, shifting the hubs axially on the shafts allows for adjusting the
distance dimension L

On request the hubs can be provided with a bore for setscrews for axial fastening. Please
specify in your order.

With the assembly please make sure that the distance dimension L
8
(see table 3) is ob-
served.
Disregarding this advice may cause damage to the measuring shaft (coupling).
