6.2.2 Examples of emergency manual

operation

Raising the pick up

•

Screw in the star-wheel screw on the „Raise lower pick-
up“ control valve.

•

Push in the solenoid plunger of the control valve (2)
using a sharp object. The pick-up will raise.

•

Keep the solenoid plunger pressed in and screw out the
star-wheel screw again to its end stop.

Raising the rear flap

•

Screw in the two star-wheel screws on the „Raise lower
rear flap“ control valve.

•

Push in the solenoid plunger of the control valve (1)
using a sharp object. The rear flap will raise.

•

Keep the solenoid plunger pressed in and screw out
one of the two star-wheel screws again to its end stop.

•

Screw out the other star-wheel screw again to its end
stop.

After carrying our the emergency-manual operation,
the star-wheel screws must be fully screwed out again.
