3.10.3 Finishing the loading process
Make sure that the laden weight shown on
the serial plate is not exceeded.
Loading finishes when::
a) for the standard model :
– the green scraper-floor indicator light (if the scraper
floor is switched on) has gone out
b) for the operator-friendly model:
– The message „Wagon full“ appears on the display and
– the horn gives a short tone at the same time
After the loading process has finished, carry out the
following functions one after the other:
•
Allow the conveyor unit to continue running.
• Raise the pick up.
• Switch off the power take off shaft.
• Switch off the electrical control system.
• Switch off the hydraulic system.
3.10.5 Emptying process
• Open the rear flap.
• Switch on the scraper floor and advance swiftly so that
the loaded material can fall freely out of the wagon.
• When opening the rear flap, nobody must remain within the area where it swings open.
3.10.4 Preparation for the emptying process
• Before starting the emptying process, switch on the
hydraulic sytem on the tractor.
• Switch on the on-board electronic system.
• The automatic loader must be switched to (Off).
Before driving over the silo
No persons are permitted inside the
danger area.
• Only extend the articulated tow-bar as far as is
necessary.
• The steering axle (special fitting) must be locked
when driving over a silo.
To do this, before passing over, pressurise the
hydraulic connection until the steerable wheels have
straightened.
It may also be necessary to drive a short distance
forwards or backwards in a straight line .
When passing over the bin, leave the pressure on the
hydraulic connection as it is.
