Possible cause Remedy
FMI 7: The speed of the feed roller is below the minimum when the net is pulled.
The machine is blocked. „ Remove the blockage.
The PTO shaft is rotating too
slowly.

Set a higher rotational speed via the tractor on the PTO
shaft.

Net wrapping

FMI 7: The net has not been cut. The net is not cleanly cut.
The cutting unit is blunt. „
Remove contamination from the cutting unit.

Replace the cutting unit.
The cutting unit is not
clamped.

The tying actuator is defect-
ive.

Check the tying actuator.
The wire rope is defective. „
Check the wire rope.

The wire rope is defective. „ Check the wire rope.

Twine tying
Possible cause Remedy
FMI 7: The twine has not been pulled.
One or several spools of twine
are empty.

Insert new spools of twine.
There is a fault in the twine
process, e.g. the twine end is
incorrectly knotted. „ Check the twine process, see chapter Operation, "Twine
tying".
The sensor B06 "Twine tying
cycle active" is defective or
has been incorrectly set. „ Check and adjust the sensor B06 "Twine tying cycle active",
refer to page 73 .
The V-belt is not tensioned. „ Check the V-belt.
