Maintenance

5.7 Lubrication

5.7.1 PTO shaft

All lubrication nipples on the PTO shafts should be
lubricated according to the diagram opposite.

5.7.2 Transfer shaft

Assemble the transfer shaft with the single universal
joint (4) towards the swinging drawbar. The transfer
shaft overload coupling (3) should be coupled onto the
main gearbox (1). Secure the guard tube from turning
with the shaft using the chain (2)

Lubricating the transfer shaft

CAUTION: The transfer shaft attachment tubes
should be lubricated every 20 operating hours.
Push back the guard (2). Twist the guard tubes
against one another until the lubrication nipple (1)
is visible.
