In order to obtain reproducible settings, the zero point should be checked and if neces-
sary set after each maintenance (

7.5 Setting the zero point of the needle stroke setting

1. Close the air feed.
2. Turn the adjustment nut ( Fig. 7/1) by turning clockwise.
3. Open fluid feed.
4. Open the control air feed.
5. Slowly open the adjustment nut ( Fig. 7/1) turning counter-clockwise until fluid escapes.
7.6 Shutting down
7.6.1 Temporary shut-down
End the spray process by switching off the control air (connection "St").
The atomiser air (connection "Z") is automatically closed in the automatic spray gun.
7.6.2 Long-term shut-down
1. Close the air supply for control air and atomiser air.
2. Close the material supply and switch off the fluid pressure pump or the pressure container if
necessary.
3. If necessary, clean the automatic spray gun (
