1. Open the adjusting nut ( Fig. 6/3) of the needle stroke adjustment maximum 5.5 mm (
Fig. 6). To do so, turn the adjusting nut ( Fig. 6/3) counter-clockwise.
2. Completely close the flat jet controller ( Fig. 6/1).
3. Completely open the round jet controller( Fig. 6/2).
Do not close the round jet controller( Fig. 6/2) completely during operation.
4. Adjust the flat jet on the flat jet controller ( Fig. 6/1).
5. Continue adjusting settings on the controllers ( Fig. 6/1 and 2) until the desired spray pat-
tern is achieved.
It is recommended that you only adjust the spray pattern with the controllers ( Fig. 6/1
and 2). The fluid quantity should only be changed if the desired spray pattern cannot
be adjusted with the controllers ( Fig. 6/1 and 2). A limited fine adjustment, e.g. for the
coordination of several automatic spray guns in a system, can be made using the
adjustment nut ( Fig. 6/3).
