Setting Clock and Date
Pressing SET TIME key enters to the time & date setting mode. Date is displayed
in format DD/MM/YY and clock in format HH/MM/SS.
“Set Clock [HHMMSS]” / “Set Date [DDMMYY]”. The user has to enter new
values in the same format shown in brackets (without ‘/’ character) then to press
CONF. For example, the date 27/6/2001 will be set as 270601 and the time
18:03:34 will be set as 180334.
After pressing CONF key, software will check if new values are legal. If so,
software will return to the previous mode in which it was before entering this
mode, or else an error message will be displayed.
Notes:
-
Pressing ESC key will implement the ‘BACK SPACE” function.
-
Double clicking on CONF key will keep current clock/date value.
-
Old date/clock values will be kept until valid values will be entered.
-
RCI5000 supports leap years.
-
At any type of reset the values of date and time will be reset to zero.
