IEEE 802.3at and Force modes.
Power budget mode:
the PoE port will not execute classification
behavior and the power limit is refers to the each port’s power budget.
Power Budget (w):
the PoE output limitation of each PoE ports. This
value and function only avaliabel at “power budget- manual “mode.

configurations.
Next, we illustrate how to configure IEEE 802.3at LLDP. Assume the PD is
ready to the configuration for IEEE 802.3at LLDP, we only need to confirm
JetNet 6710G / JetNet 6810G configuration.
For JetNet 6710G/6810G, enable the LLDP (refer to 4.12.5). By the port of
JetNet 6710G/JetNet 6810G connected to the PD (ex. Port 4), set
PoE
Mode
is
Enable
and
Powering Mode
is
802.3at(LLDP)
. When JetNet
6710G /JetNet 6810G and the PD are ready to IEEE802.3at LLDP, IEEE
802.3at LLDP starts operation. Finally, see the result on
Poe Status
(refer
to 4.4.5).
Note:
To enable the IEEE 802.3at High Power PoE function, the power
input voltage should be over than DC 55V. Applies DC 48V to PoE Switch
and perform 30W high power output may cause the PoE auto disable, due
the output current protect mechanism activated. To avoid this issue, we
suggest adjust the power supply output to 55V DC by the voltage output
adjustment resistor which equipped in the switching power supply by
