Hold and pull out the film stuck in the Descent

Transport Unit.

Close the Left Cover by hand.

Close the Jam Release Cover-B.

- If jam release is successful at this point, proceed to the

step.13.

- If a jam film cannot be located at this point, proceed to

the step.8.

Open the Jam Release Cover-B (1 in the left

fig.), and send the jam film to the left (2 in the

left fig.).

- The film sent to the left can now be located through the

opening of the Left Cover.

Pay attention to the film so that it will not be caught on the

way to the Left Cover.

Do not pull out the jam film through the Jam Release Cover.
