BASIC OPERATION OF THE MACHINE MONITOR WHEN THE STARTER SWITCH
IS IN THE ON POSITION AND THE OPERATOR ID INPUT IS SET

ID number Input (with SKIP)
• When the starter switch is in the ON position, the initial screen AA switches to the screen LL.
ID number Input (without SKIP)
• When the starter switch is in the ON position, the initial screen AA switches to the screen MM.
On the LL screen or on the MM screen, enter the ID number
registered and press F6. The screen changes to the screen
CC. If you input an incorrect ID number, press switch F5, and
clear an input character at a time.
On the screen LL, press F1 and the screen switches to the
screen CC without entering the ID number.
REMARK
• Contact your Komatsu distributor for details of the method
of setting, changing, or canceling the ID number.
• Depending on the set value of the “Operator ID Holding
Time with Key OFF”, even when operator ID of has been
entered in “Operator ID setting ”, screen LL or screen MM
may not be displayed when the starter switch is in the ON
position.
If inputting incorrect ID number for 3 times continuously, you cannot input ID number for 5 minutes. Wait for
more than 5 minutes, try inputting ID number again.
