Open the cover (1).
4.
Add oil through the pipe for dipstick (G) by the refill capaci-
ty.
5.
Check the oil level in the swing machinery case.
Check that the oil level is between H and L lines on sight
gauge (G).
For oil level control, see “OIL LEVEL CONTROL METHOD
OF THE SLEWING GEARBOX, TOP-UP ”.
METHOD FOR CHANGING THE OIL IN THE TRANSMISSION REDUCTION GEAR

WARNING
Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn injury.
Wait until they have cooled down before starting the work.
This operation must be carried out with the machine positioned on level ground and at operating temperature,
so that the oil becomes fluid and can be easily drained, which facilitates the elimination of any suspended solid
particles.
1.
Loosen the cap (1) slowly to release any residual pressure.
2.
Remove the drain plug (1) and let the oil flow out completely. While the oil flows out, remove the filler cap
(2).
Use a 17 mm wrench

Put back the plug (1) and pour oil of the prescribed type
through the hole (2), until reaching the lower edge of the
hole itself.
4.
Put back the filler cap (2).
5.
Carry out some travel movements, stop the machine and
check the level again.
METHOD FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FRONT AXLE OIL
