Move lock lever (2) slowly and securely to FREE position
(F).

Raise the bucket from the ground.
5.
Turn the fuel control dial (3) to a point of 2/3 between Low
idle (MIN) position and High idle (MAX) position.
6.
Operate the work equipment to warm up the hydraulic
components.
NOTICE
When the equipment is operated, take care that it does
not interfere with the chassis or the ground.
1) Move the R.H. joystick (4) slowly towards the bucket
retraction position (D). Operate the joystick to the end
of its stroke and hold it in position for 30 seconds.
2) Move the R.H. joystick (4) slowly towards the bucket
extraction position (D). Operate the joystick to the end
of its stroke and hold it in position for 30 seconds.
3) Move the LH joystick (5) slowly towards the arm retraction position (B). Operate the joystick to the end
of its stroke and hold it in position for 30 seconds.
4) Move the LH joystick (5) slowly towards the arm extraction position (A). Operate the joystick to the end
of its stroke and hold it in position for 30 seconds.
7.
Slowly engage the pedal of the 2-piece boom forward (E)
to extend it completely. Fully engage the pedal and hold it
in position for 30 seconds . Fully retract the boom and hold
the position (F) for 30 seconds.
8.
Repeat the operations from point 5 to 7 for 5 minutes.
