Governor controller is incapacitated. Operate governor
manually. For fixing at full speed, fixing bolt hole is
provided on the bracket. In this case, have governor
inspected promptly.

If an error code is shown in the display of any work equipment
controller, contact the Komatsu distributor in your territory,
informing the error code and asking for a prompt inspection.

The LX controller indicates an error code with two led, when something unusual takes place.
When it is turned on, the following didplay appears on the screen.
