Place holding flange (7-3/1) and guard plate
(7-3/2) and tighten with clamping nut (7-3/3).
Swivel grinding device back to working position.
Turn hand wheel (7-4/1) until grinding arm (7-1/3)
is aligned horizontally.
Adjust all four safety slides (7-5/1) so that the
distance between safety slides and the machine is
max. 5 mm.
To shift, loosen the star knobs.
Danger of injury from rotating knife. The safety slides must be adjusted
correctly.
Danger of serious cut injuries!
