SOP 15 Modifying and Deleting Programs
This SOP applies to the HPLC Pump K–1001 Firmware Revision 6.0X. Use this
SOP for modifying and deleting programs.
1. Enter the number of the program to be modified in field EDIT PROG.
2. Move the cursor to the value you want to modify.
3. Enter new values. Old ones will be overwritten. Wrong entries can be
corrected the same way.
4. Confirm your entries by pressing any arrow key.
Delete program lines as follows:
5. Enter 0 (zero) in the TIME FIELD and press an arrow key. The message
Delete this line? Confirm by cursor
appears. Pressing any arrow key
deletes the program line. Pressing any numeric key or none at all for
several seconds aborts the process of deletion.
Deletion of programs or program links:
6. Select field EDIT PROG.
7. Enter 0 in the field EDIT PROG
8. Confirm deletion according to step 5 of this SOP.
SOP 16 Using a Wake-Up Program
This SOP applies to the HPLC Pump K–1001 Firmware Revision 6.0X.
The HPLC Pump K–1001 can execute a program at a preset time.
Make sure that date and time of the HPLC Pump K–1001 are set up properly
according to section „Using the SETUP Menu“ on page 13.
A Wake-Up Program is created as follows:
1. Enter the reserved program number 30 in the field EDIT PROG.
2. Enter the desired program for Wake-Up in field P: and the desired time
and date in fields at: and on:.
3. Load reserved program 30.
4. If necessary, switch pump to OFF with the START/STOP key.
While waiting for the programmed time, the display is blinking. The pump will
start program execution with the selected program at the preset time and switch
into RUN mode.

5. Execution of Wake-Up Program can be aborted by entering the number
of another program.
