5) Hot water outlet function

5-1. The function works when Flow sensor detects a flow while Temp. controller[BATH-300A1/A2] is ON.

5-2. Custom Temperature is set on Temp. controller[BATH-300A1/A2] [ can be set from 35℃ to 60℃]

            ◎  35℃ ~ 50℃: can be set by 1℃

            ◎  50℃ ~ 60℃: can be set by 5℃

6) Manual-Return function [Function works on BATH-300A1/A2]

6-1. Push Manual Return SWITCH on Main Controller for Manual Return Mode.

6-2. For 2nd consecutive time, if detecting gas, Gas sensor detects gas automatically again. At 3rd time, if detecting

gas, Manual Return Mode is activated.

[Manual-Return Mode is converted to Auto-Return Mode if not detecting gas for 5 minutes]

However, The alarm code [97] is printed in case of Manual-Return[detecting gas for 3rd consecutive time]

6-3. The countdown for Auto-return is cleared if not detecting gas continuously more than 1 hour

6-4. [97] is printed promptly if detecting gas continuously more than 10 minutes.

7) Re-ignition function

In case of not detecting flame for a limited period of time during normal operation, P/T[Fan and GasValve] stop and

try to reignite for keeping fire alive.

8) Initial Gas Shut-off function

Function to shut off Gas for safety in case of no ignition within a limited period of time at initial gas supply

       [Safety shut-off after 3 attempts]

9) Ignition Cut-off function

Function not to ignite for safety when Photo sensor detects flame before the ignition.

[However, if Gas valve is closed by temperature of hot water outlet, Photo sensor doesn't detect flame for 10 seconds.]

10) Forcible Max. and Min. Combustion function

When Switch is set on Forcible Max. or Forcible Min.  Combustion takes place to the Maximum capacity or

     Minimum capacity after normal ignition.

11) for Domestic / Export [DIP SWITCH No.5]

▶ for Domestic : There is not Forced Off function after normal combustion.

▶ for Export : Burner is forced off when meeting the conditions of continuous operation for 20 minutes after normal

combustion. [Conditions for operating again : Power Off and On]
