Assembly Instructions for Fan

1.

 Plug off the power cord.

 After disassemble screws joining Fan and Heat exchanger,

Separate the plug from Fan.

   separate Fan by pulling  forward.

3.

 After disassemble screws fixed on ignition transformer,

5.

 In reverse order, assemble Fan.

   separate ignition transformer.

Assembly Instructions for Heat exchanger and Burner

1.

 Plug off the power cord.

4. 

Separate screws fixed on the cover of Heat exchanger

2.

 Separate gas pipe from Burner.

   and the cover.

3.

 After disassemble screws fixed on Heat exchanger

5.

 After separate Burner Assembly by pulling forward,

   Assembly, separate ignition transformer.

   disassemble screws fixed on Nozzle adaptor and it.

6.

 In reverse order, assemble Heat exchanger and Burner.

   And check the air-permeability of the cover

※  On reverse order, assemble the burner ass'y, nozzle adapter, and heat exchanger.
