5. MAINTENCE GUIDE

Assembly Instructions for Ignition transformer and Ignition rod

1.

 Plug off the power cord

 After disassemble screws on ignition rod bracket fixed on

2.

 Plug off igniter plug(①) from ignition rod(⑤)

   heat exchanger, separate ignition rod

3.

 After disassemble screws on Ignition transformer,

5.

 In reverse order, assemble ignition rod and transformer.

   separate it.

   And then check the ignition rod gasket

Assembly Instructions for Photo Sensor

1.

 Plug off the power cord

3.

 After disassemble screws fixed on Photo sensor bracket,

2.

 Separate Electrode lead for Flame Detect and sensor

   separate the bracket.

   from Photo Sensor.

4. 

In reverse order, assemble Photo Sensor. And check

   whether to insert mica on assembling.

※ On reverse order, assemble the parts and boiler. 

    Warning ! :  Carefully assemble the cover and nuts to seal the parts. If fail to seal, there may occur the accident of gas leakage.
