Electrical Shock Hazard

Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.

REMOVING THE MAIN CONTROL BOARD ASSEMBLY

Unplug refrigerator or disconnect power.

Remove the main and louvered decora-
tive panels (see page 4-2).

Remove the eight screws from the unit
compartment front cover, and pull the cover
forward out of the way (see page 4-2).

Remove the two hex-head screws from
the main control board assembly enclo-
sure.

Slide the wire grommet out of the enclo-
sure slot and position the assembly so that
you can access the board.

Remove the wire connectors from the
main control board assembly.

Remove the main control board from the
five standoffs. Press the locking tab on
each standoff to release the board.
