10.1.8.2 Updating Firmware

The software of the KIRK Wireless Server 600v3 can be updated. To update the software you load
a file to the system. Contact your distributor for newest software.

Administration

menu, click

Upload

, and then click

Firmware

.

Select the firmware in question, and then click

Open

.

Upload

Wait until the system has finished updoading.

Note:

Do not interrupt firmware upload. If this process is interrupted, the firmware in the

KIRK Wireless Server 600v3 will be defect.

Note:

If the firmware upload is interrupted, the firmware must be uploaded again before

rebooting the system.

Reset Immediately

or

Idle Reset

.

When resetting the KIRK Wireless Server 600v3 immediately, all calls are terminated and the
KIRK Wireless Server 600v3 is reset. When resetting the KIRK Wireless Server 600v3 when
the system is idle, the reset is done when there are no active calls in the KIRK Wireless Server
600v3.
