To clean the element, use only clean
dry compressed air on the inside of
the element. air pressure at the nozzle
must not exceed 29 psi (2 kgf/cm²).
Maintain reasonable distance between
the nozzle and the filter.

1. The air cleaner uses a dry ele-
ment. never apply oil.
2. evacuator valve should not accumu-
late in the evacuator valve. remove
and clean it every week. if the tractor
is operated in extremely dusty condi-
tions, daily inspection is required.
3. if the element is stained with car-
bon , dust or oil, replace the filter.
4. change the element every 1 years
or every 100 hours whichever
comes first.
REPLACING AIR CLEANER PRIMARY ELEMENT(T)

if the name of tractor is px7520, air
cannot be automatically eliminated.
1. loosen the injection nozzle cover
setscrew and remove the injection
nozzle cover.
2. Turn the ignition key to "on" posi-
tion for 3 minutes and then turn the
key back to "off" position.
3. loosen the high pressure pipe (1)
from the injection nozzle.
4. run the starting motor until fuel
comes out of the connections.
5. Tighten the nozzle to 29.4 n·m
(3.0 kgf·m).
6. run the engine and check for oil
leak.
7. install the injection nozzle cover
and tighten the setscrew.
The air cleaner will only fulfill
its function if it is correctly
and regularly maintained. A
poorly maintained air cleaner
will mean loss of power, ex -
cessive fuel consumption and
a reduction in engine life.
do not run the engine with fil -
ter element removed.
