PFX2512

Troubleshooting

The correct temperature is not displayed.

Tests cannot be performed properly.

Symptom

Items to check and possible remedy

The display error is large.

Are you using the specified thermistor? If a capacitor or other 
component is connected to the thermistor, display error will become 
large. Use the specified thermistor.

Check how the thermistor is connected to the DUT. Even a minute gap 
will greatly affect measurement results.

If you are using a new PC or Windows, Windows Update may not be 
installed.

If a DUT other than a battery is connected, the CC/CV control may not 
work properly.

Is voltage sensing connected?
The system will not work properly if it is not connected. Be sure to 
connect the voltage sensing cable.

The DC power supply’s protection function (OVP or OCP) may have 
been activated. Check the DC power supply’s protection function 
settings.
This behavior may also occur when there is no load or when current is 
not flowing through the DUT (battery) (protection circuit activation
