Features of your vehicle Steering wheel
Heated steering wheel (if
equipped)
Operation
1. Press the button to turn the heated
steering wheel ON or OFF.
2. The heated steering wheel reverts to
the OFF position whenever the vehicle
is restarted.
INFORMATION
The heated steering wheel automatically
controls the steering wheel temperature
depending on the ambient temperature
when the vehicle is running.
WARNING
If the steering wheel becomes too warm,
turn the system off. The heated steering
wheel may cause burns even at low tem
-
peratures, especially if used for long
periods of time.
CAUTION
僅 Do not install any type of grip cover
for the steering wheel, it may impair
the function of the heated steering
wheel system.
僅 When cleaning the heated steering
wheel, do not use an organic solvent
such as paint thinner, benzene, alco
-
hol and gasoline. Doing so may dam
-
age the surface of the steering wheel.
僅 If the surface of the steering wheel is
damaged by a sharp object, damage
to the heated steering wheel compo
-
nents could occur.
NOTICE
The heated steering wheel will turn off
automatically approximately 30 min
-
utes after the heated steering wheel is
turned on.
Horn
Operation
僅 Press the area around the horn sym
-
bol on your steering wheel.
CAUTION
僅 Do not strike the horn severely to
operate it, or hit it with your fist. Do
not press on the horn with a sharp-
pointed object.
僅 When cleaning the steering wheel, do
not use an organic solvent such as
thinner, benzene, alcohol and gaso
-
line. Doing so may damage the steer
-
ing wheel.
