Step 5 - Launch Modular TRX Application
Run Selected - Runs the Modular TRX on the VXT module. The Launch Type
must be either Manual or Auto and the status must be Idle. The configurations
are automatically saved in the configure file.
Use the Ctrl or Shift keys to select multiple items, or use the
mouse or arrow keys to change the selected module.
Delete - Removes an uninstalled module from the module list.
Refresh - Updates the module list by searching for all existing Radio Test set
modules.
Show/Hide Advanced Settings - Accesses additional settings to configure the
Radio Test Solution.
Serial Number - Displays the serial number of the module.
Launch Type - Configures the start -up configuration of the TRX application.
Auto - Automatically launches the TRX application.
Manual - Launches the TRX application when Run Selected is chosen.
Disabled - The TRX application will not run when Run Selected is
executed.
Telnet Port, Socket Port, Physics Port and HiSLIP Dev - Refer to TCP/IP
Address Configuration (page 59) and the Online Help.
Update FPGA (button) - Updates the VXT and the M4970A FPGA, if the version
of the FPGA is different than what is required by the Modular TRX.
A best practice is to do this every time you Launch the TRX application.
If a TRX application is running on the controller, this feature
will be disabled. Close all TRX instances before updating the
FPGA.
Module Licenses - Displays all hardware licenses installed on the Radio Test
Set.
The left pane shows a list of installed modules. Select a module to show the
hardware licenses in the right pane.
App Host ID - Used to redeem software licenses on the controller.
Model Host ID - Used to redeem hardware licenses on the controller.
