both hands, without moving them in doing so. Movements of the
hands may results in failures. The PULSE display requires
approx. 5 to 15 seconds to display your current pulse level.
The treadmill is also equipped with an integrated polar compati-
ble heart rate sensor. To use the wireless pulse system, you have
to wear a chest harness for a proper transmission of the heart
rate. The chest harness for the transmission of the heart rate is
not included in the delivery of this treadmill. We recommend the
use of the chest harness POLAR Brustgurt T34. This chest har-
ness is available in specialist shops.
Please note that some materials which are used for your clothes
(e. g. polyester, polyamide) can create static charges and can
possibly prevent a reliable measurement of the heart rate.
Please note in addition that cellular phones, televisions and
other electrical devices which create an electromagnetic field
may cause problems with regard to the measurement of the
heat rate.

OPERATION
- ACTIVATE
First, you have to switch on the device. The ON/OFF switch of
the treadmill is located next to the mains cable on the left side
of the motor cover. Turn this switch into the "ON" position.
- SAFETY KEY
Check if the safety key at the treadmill and the clip at your clo-
thes are secured. The safety key is intended for interrupting the
mains connection in case you should fall. Thus, it was develo-
ped to bring the treadmill to an immediate stop. For higher
speeds this can be unpleasant and somewhat dangerous as
well. Please only use the safety key for an emergence stop. In
order to stop the treadmill during training under normal circum-
stances in a safe, comfortable and complete manner, use the (6)
STOP button. If the safety key has not been inserted into the tre-
admill, the “key” is shown on the display
.
- ENTER AND LEAVE THE TREADMILL
Be careful when entering and leaving the treadmill. Use the
handle bars. Do not position yourself on the treadmill when pre-
paring the use. Spread your feet and put them on the two side
platforms next to the running surface. Put your feet on the tread-
mill only if it has started moving at constant speed. For your
own safety, only enter the treadmill if it is not running faster
than 2 km/h.
Always look to the front during the training sessions. Never try
to turn around on the treadmill as long as the treadmill is activa-
ted. After having finished your training session, you can stop
the treadmill by pressing the STOP button. Wait until the tread-
mill has stopped completely before trying to leave the treadmill.
In case you feel unsure regarding the speed you should hold on
to the handle bars, lift your feet from the treadmill, and position
yourself on the side platforms next to the running surface. These
side platforms are an appropriate position to relax before star-
ting the training again. For your own safety and comfort,
always start your training sessions at low speed.
MANUAL PROGRAM
Press the START key after having switched on the device and
after having put in the safety key. After three seconds, the tread-
mill will be started with a speed of 1.0 km/h (0.5 mph). You
can accelerate/decelerate the speed or you can increa-
se/decrease the degree of inclination at any time during your
training session. Press the (6) STOP button to finish the training
session and stop the treadmill. When starting the training ses-
sion manually, the time will be counted up. When performing a
training session with the other programs except for the training
program P6, the time will be counted down.
1.Switch on the device.
2.Secure the safety key at the treadmill and the clip at your clothes.
3.Press (5) the START key to start your training session.

been inserted securely you can press the (7) SELECT “<<“ and

files (different incline values over time). If setting a program indi-
vidually is possible the default value (or the value entered pre-
viously) flashes and shows that you either can confirm the flas-
hing value or change the value. As soon as you have entered
and confirmed your values the treadmill starts.
